These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and jaya9j ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). jaya9j reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account with jaya9j at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. jaya9j shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jaya9j support immediately at [email protected].

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance obligations, jaya9j may require you to submit identity documents — including a national ID card, passport, or driver's licence — as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or as part of routine account verification. These requirements exist to protect all members and to maintain the integrity of the platform.

All financial transactions on the jaya9j platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. jaya9j reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements may have withdrawal requests held until those requirements are fully satisfied.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the applicable promotion page.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., 20x). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from accounts without compensation.

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and the specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

jaya9j reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, mispriced lines, or technical malfunctions.
• Limit the maximum stake accepted on any market or from any individual account at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Settle bets in accordance with official results as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BPL board, etc.). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, jaya9j's decision shall be final.
• Declare bets void if an event is abandoned, postponed beyond a defined timeframe, or materially altered from the conditions under which the market was originally offered.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the jaya9j platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of jaya9j's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

jaya9j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or otherwise acted in a manner contrary to the integrity of the platform.

Upon closure of an account for cause, jaya9j may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where closure is found to be warranted due to fraud, Terms violation, or criminal activity, all funds in the account may be permanently forfeited.

Members may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in a self-closed account will be paid out via the member's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no active bonus wagering requirements remain.

jaya9j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify members via email or an in-platform notification.
